Deadline for returning an article - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law in force (Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code), the customer has a period of 14 day to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties. The terms of exercise of this right of withdrawal are mentioned in the paragraph "return and reimbursement" below. The return costs are the responsibility of www.tropikalbliss.com.

The customer will be fully refunded from the amounts paid for the purchase of the product as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of the date on which he exercised his right of withdrawal.

Conditions of return for refund

Article (s) returned (s) must be new, unused and in their original box perfectly intact.

Tropikalbliss SAS will make refund within 15 days of receipt of the package Back to our warehouse.

The customer will have to keep proof of deposit of the parcel that will be given to him by the carrier. In case of loss of the package, no refund can be carried out without this evidence of deposit.

The customer has a period of 15 working days from the date of filing of his return package in order to formulate any claim relating to his return.

No request will be accepted at the end of this period.

Status of articles

All returned items (shoes, original packaging, accessories, instructions ...) will have to be returned perfectly intact.

At reception of the package, Tropikalbliss SAS will judge the perfect state of the returned merchandise. No return will be accepted if returned items have been visibly used or damaged due to the customer and that this use or damage make items unfit for sale. If the return is refused by Tropikalbliss SAS, the articles will then be returned to the customer at the expense of Tropikalbliss SAS without the customer with any compensation or right to repay, with the exception of the subsequent exercise of his guarantee rights. Goods sold.

Refund of returns

Subject to compliance with these return conditions, Tropikalbliss SAS will reimburse items returned within 30 days of reintegration in stock of goods.
