Shipping and delivery
The products are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering.
Excluding periods of balances, any order placed on the Tropikalbliss SAS website before 10am from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be prepared by our team the same day, subject to payment validation (see paragraph Validation of payment )
Tropikalbliss SAS is committed to delivering the items ordered and paid by the customer within the scheduled time. If the said articles have not been delivered within 7 working days from the date of delivery scheduled during the order, and if this exceeding is not due to a case of force majeure, the customer may proceed When resolving the sale by sending a registered mail with receipt notice at the following address:

The sums paid by the customer will then be fully returned.
Upon receipt of its order, the customer will ensure checking the compliance of received products.
Any anomaly concerning the articles (damage, missing article compared to the purchase order, damaged or open package, broken article, defective ...) must imperatively be notified, the same day of the reception or at the latest 3 days following the reception , at the head office of Tropikalbliss SAS by registered mail or mail at the email address:bonjour@tropikalbliss.fr.
Any complaint made after this period will be rejected and Tropikalbliss SAS will be released from any responsibility.
If the above conditions are completed Tropikalbliss SAS will then reimburse the defective product (s), the customer will be able to repress and then Tropikalbliss SAS will proceed with the forwarding of the missing product (subject to the merits of the customer's request. )
All items offered by Tropikalbliss SAS are subject to the legal guarantee provided for by Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. (See section Guarantee in our GTC)
